Machining and inspection
A traceable route from drawing review to finished-part inspection
Indicative capacity is around 1,000,000 pieces per month and 30,000 pieces per day, depending on part geometry. Order acceptance and lead time are confirmed per quotation.
Precision manufacturing
From drawing review to inspected part
Every requirement follows the same route: review, machine, measure during production, then check the finished part against your drawing.
STEP 01
Drawing and requirement review
Drawings, material, quantity and inspection needs are reviewed before a quotation is prepared.
STEP 02
Machining
Parts are routed to turning, turn-mill or vertical machining as the geometry requires.
STEP 03
Process inspection
Key dimensions are measured during production against the drawing.
STEP 04
Finished-product inspection
Finished parts are checked against drawing requirements before dispatch preparation.
Capability
Machining and measuring, documented separately
Production equipment and inspection resources are listed on their own, so you can match each to your drawing.
Production equipment
CNC turning
CNC lathes for round, stepped and threaded parts such as valve cores, fittings and flange blanks.
Turn-mill machining
Turning and milling centres that combine round and prismatic features, reducing re-fixturing on complex parts.
Vertical machining
Vertical machining for prismatic bodies, manifolds, plates and housings with drilled and tapped features.
Inspection equipment
Surface roughness
Roughness measurement for sealing faces and finished surfaces.
Profile measurement
Profile checks on contours, edges and sealing geometry.
Dimensional measurement
Dimensional measurement of diameters, lengths, positions and hole features.
Height measurement
Height measurement for steps, flange thickness and overall part height.
